Where it comes from

100% pasture-fed and pasture-finished. Our Farm88 beef is yearling British-bred Angus and our lamb is Dorset Cross, both raised by multi-generational Victorian farmers 45 minutes west of Melbourne. Raised without hormonal growth promotants, hand selected and pH tested for colour and eating quality. Our chicken comes from Hazeldene's, a Bendigo family business since 1938.
