Our produce is sourced from award-winning suppliers — Farm 88 (Bronze, 2025 Australian Food Awards), Otway Pork (Gold, IFFA International Product & Quality Competition) and Hazeldenes, Victoria's first RSPCA Approved poultry producer.

Backed by our Freshness Guarantee, we understand good nutrition starts at home, which is why we only source pasture-fed & pasture finished beef & lamb, hormone-free & RSPCA approved chicken & pork, sourced from regional Victorian primary producers - prepared fresh by an experienced team of local butchers, delivered to customers within 2 hours or at a time more convenient.
To minimise packaging waste, we use biodegradable Bamboo Trays for many of our proteins and all orders arrive in recyclable bags.

Yes, our minimum order value is $30. Orders over $120 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders attract an additional delivery fee.

Usually if a product is out of stock, it means we have sold out of that particular product on that particular day - it is rare, but does happen unfortunately.
If it is a protein line (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb) it simply means our butchers have run out of stock on that day and will be re-stocked the next morning.
