Our Purpose

To provide our customers with Australian pasture-fed & hormone-free produce, prepared fresh by local experienced butchers, delivered conveniently & sustainably.

Our produce comes from award-winning partners — Farm 88 (Bronze, 2025 Australian Food Awards), Otway Pork (Gold, IFFA International Product & Quality Competition) and Hazeldenes, Victoria's first RSPCA Approved poultry producer.

Our Story

Established in 2020 on the premise of why can't Australian families and the passionate home cook access pasture-fed, hormone-free produce, conveniently & sustainably - Digital Butcher Co. was created to give our customers more, while using less.

Commencing with a 2-day turn-around time from when an order was placed, to being delivered, in 2026 we launched our 2-hour same-day delivery option when customers order by 3 pm - 7 days a week - further demonstrating our comittment to making our customer's lives #EasierGreener.

About Us FAQs

  • Currently Digital Butcher Co. delivers to customers within selected suburbs of metro-Melbourne (Victoria, Australia).

  • Yes, our minimum order value is $30. Orders over $120 qualify for free delivery, while smaller orders attract an additional delivery fee.

    Check out our Delivery page to learn more.

  • Usually if a product is out of stock, it means we have sold out of that particular product on that particular day - it is rare, but does happen unfortunately.

    If it is a protein line (Beef, Chicken, Pork, Lamb) it simply means our butchers have run out of stock on that day and will be re-stocked the next morning.

  • Yes, all customer order history is recorded and is available for existing customers via their Digital Butcher Co. account.

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your Digital Butcher Co. order, please contact our support team as soon as possible to discuss how we can help.

    Customers are encouraged to review our Refund Policy here prior to sending through a refund request.
