Sourced from Farm 88 — Bronze medal winners at the 2025 Australian Food Awards for their Pasture-Fed Yearling Beef Porterhouse and Pasture-Fed Lamb Racks — and raised on open pastures 40 minutes outside Melbourne, our beef & lamb are rich in flavour, naturally tender and high in nutritional value, as nature intended.

Hormone-free Chicken

All Digital Butcher Co. chicken is hormone-free and RSPCA Approved. Sourced from Hazeldenes — a family-owned Victorian poultry farm established in 1957, based in Bendigo, and the first RSPCA Approved poultry producer in the state.

Sow Stall-free Pork

Sourced from Otway Pork — raised on family farms in south-west Victoria under what they call The Otway Way: born and bred free-range, raised with the freedom to socialise and forage, and fed a natural grain-based diet, free from growth promotants and hormones.

Pasture-fed beef and lamb carry up to five times more omega-3 than grain-fed (source: CSIRO, Meat & Livestock Australia) — useful given most Australian diets run low on omega-3 and high on omega-6. It's also higher in Vitamin A (skin, immunity) and Vitamin E (heart health, cell protection).
Our beef and lamb come from Farm 88 in Victoria's Parwan Valley, where volcanic-rich soil produces a diverse mix of grasses that carries through into flavour.
Live stock raised on open pasture rather than in a feedlot also develop firmer, more tender cuts — better texture, not just better taste - which is why we say 'as nature intended.'
