Our beef and lamb is Farm88 pasture-fed and pasture-finished Angus and Dorset Cross, raised by multi-generational Victorian farmers 40 minutes west of Melbourne. Chicken is Hazeldenes RSPCA Approved from Bendigo, and pork is RSPCA Approved from Otway Pork in regional Victoria. Everything is packed in biodegradable bamboo trays.
