Our Farm88 Pasture-fed Lamb Cutlets come as a pack of beautifully trimmed cutlets, about 360g. They are Dorset Cross lamb, hand selected and pH tested, and prepared on the day they are delivered.

How to cook lamb cutlets
- Take the cutlets out of the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Rub with olive oil, chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
- Heat a heavy pan or grill until very hot.
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes a side for medium-rare, a little longer if you prefer them more done.
- Rest for 5 minutes. Serve with crushed potatoes and seasonal greens.
