Our Farm88 lamb is Dorset Cross, 100% pasture-fed and pasture-finished by multi-generational Victorian farmers 40 minutes west of Melbourne. It is hand selected and pH tested for colour and eating quality, then prepared by our butchers on the day it is delivered.

Yearling Dorset Cross lamb from Farm88, raised on pasture by multi-generational Victorian farmers. Every cut is packed in a biodegradable bamboo tray, inside a recyclable paper bag.
