Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: Digital Butcher Co Pty Ltd (ABN 33 645 290 491), 1/11 Friars Road, Moorabbin VIC 3189. Phone 1300 303 915, hq@digitalbutcher.co.
2. Competition period: opens 9:00am AEDT Friday 16 October 2026 and closes 11:59pm AEDT Friday 30 October 2026. Entries received outside this period are invalid.
3. Eligibility: open to Australian residents aged 18 or over entering on behalf of a business or workplace located within the Digital Butcher Co. delivery network in metropolitan Melbourne. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
4. How to enter: complete the entry form at digitalbutcher.co/spring with your name, work email, mobile, business name, workplace suburb, and an answer of 25 words or less to the question "Why does your team deserve a win this spring?". One entry per person. Entries must be the entrant's own original work.
5. Game of skill: this is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will be judged by a judge independent of the Promoter, appointed by the Promoter, on creativity, humour and relevance on Monday 2 November 2026. The winner is chosen by this judging and not by public vote, whatever the number of entries received, and the prize will be awarded even if only one valid entry is received. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize: one prize of a Digital Butcher Co. meat tray valued at $250 (RRP, incl. GST), delivered free to the winner's workplace within the delivery area on the morning of Thursday 5 November 2026. Tray contents are chosen by the Promoter and may vary with supply. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Winner notification: the winner will be contacted by phone and email by 5:00pm AEDT Monday 2 November 2026 and announced on Digital Butcher Co. channels. If the winner cannot be reached or does not confirm a delivery address by 12:00pm AEDT Wednesday 4 November 2026, the judge will select the next best entry.
8. Publicity: the winning entry, business name and first name may be published on Digital Butcher Co. channels. Photos taken at the delivery will only be published with the winner's consent.
9. Privacy and marketing: by entering you agree to receive marketing emails and SMS from Digital Butcher Co. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS. Personal information is handled in line with the Promoter's privacy policy.
10. General: the Promoter may disqualify entries that are incomplete, offensive or in breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria.
